About the property
Our apartment is 400m from Ramsgate beach and shops and 100m from local shops and there is a local pub/bistro a couple of streets away. We access the apartment via a quiet street with plenty of street parking.
The apartment itself is quite spacious with 2 seperate hallways and your room would be down the hall from ours. You would have a shared bathroom with my younger cousin, which contains a bathtub and a shower.
We have a TV with most streaming services available (don’t worry about cost of those, as I cover that).
We are looking for someone to join us for 3-6 months and hopefully extend if you are the right fit.

Hi, my names Alysha. I am currently sharing a 3 bedroom apartment with my younger cousin. I work full time in child protection and she works part time and casually in retail.
We are ideally looking for another female to come and stay with us.
A little bit about us;

- also do like alone time and might unwind in our bedrooms.
We really do pride ourselves on keeping a clean home, so we are looking for someone willing to clean up after themselves.
The property is fully furnished (aside from a coffee machine) which we are currently looking to purchase.
