Everything is new this area. New apartment, house, shopping center, and metro station. Bus stop is right in front of the building for shuttle and regular bus to get to Tallawong metro quick. I live in very close to Woolworth and Coles and Schofield station. Walking distance like 10 mins. I am looking for a full timer or full time student who is clean and considerate. I have an ensuite room or the second room with main bathroom. Ensuite is $350 for single and the second room is $300 for single. This will be only for 2 people in the unit. Both Double bed and desk furnished. I got all new appliances including 75inch LG TV and everything u need. U also can have free detergent, tissues, rice, and Kimchi. 😁 It's ducted air unit but it's just warm without it. It is very secure building. U can park on the street easily as It's not busy main road. There is 3 charging station for EV in the garage so u can charge your car. There is no minimum stay. Just give me 2 weeks notice. The rooms are separated by the main bathroom so u can have your privacy not like other units in this area. Smokers, kids, pets free unit.

About the flatmates
New apartment in clean and quiet street. Close to Woolworth and Coles and Schofield station. U can have BBQ in the complex building and walk to near park for running or exercising very easily. I am very clean and tidy. I like just sitting and watching movies whole day. I am easy going and quiet but I dont mind going out for drink or dinner together from time to time if you like. I didn't have any cockroaches in my previous unit. I am full timer and pretty busy during weekdays.
