We are a young couple early 50’s, fit, active, easy going and drama free.

We have an unfurnished room available with built in robes, ducted air throughout and shared main bathroom with one other male mid 30’s.

The house is open plan modern with a double car garage and plenty of storage if needed.

The room will be $300pw inc internet, utilities and household cleaning products.

2 weeks in advance rent payable along with 4 weeks bond.

Please note the room will be emptied upon tenancy.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy and are respectful of everyone’s space. We are workaholics so not really home much. Outside smokers ok.
