We’re looking for a responsible and tidy flatmate who takes care of cleanliness and shared spaces. Mutual respect and good communication are very important to us.
Occasional, low-key visits from a friend are absolutely fine, as long as they are respectful and not disruptive. We’re generally not into parties and usually keep the home quiet.
The home has been newly rented and all furniture and appliances are brand new. The flatmate is welcome to use all shared items with care and respect.
The room comes with a study desk and a private fridge for personal use. A single bed and mattress will also be provided.
