Looking for someone who is very clean and peaceful for short term only.
Calm Homestay environment. Has a big backyard and off street parking. It has 5kw air conditioning in kitchen which cools whole house down during summer. It's walking distance to Seven Hills train station, bus, Blacktown Hospital and Blacktown shopping centre. We have fast internet, as well as Prime TV, which is included. We are not TV watchers; we tend to stream in our rooms. There are two bathrooms; one has a bath/shower combo and the other has a shower/laundry. There is a large shared kitchen with a dishwasher and gas cooking. The room would suit hospital workers needing close access to Blacktown or Westmead hospital, and those who need a calm and quiet space for resting.
