A nice bedroom with a built in wardrobe and a king single bed. Main bathroom, kitchen, dining room, tv room and carport. The place has a secure front electric gate and on a main road, next to bus and 2 kms from Seven hills rail station. A quiet place with a pool, spa, and out door facilities and an extensive garden. I call it a little bit of paradise.

I prefer one person only who is clean and tidy and respects the rules given. The house is very furnished with everything one can possibly have.

I do like short term at first and depending on the person and how we can get along, can extend for longer.

I like to only reply to profiles with details and in your first message, I would like a name, a facebook or linkedin profile for security purposes.

When looking for potential flatmates, photos and details are very important. This helps to identify the potential person as much as possible before a tour of the premises. Due to the increase scammers online, security and identity is important to establish who you are and your previous history as a tenant.
