My wonderful housemate will be staying in the second room. You will be properly put onto the lease which expires in October but option to renew.
I am moving overseas so if you move in, you will need to purchase all of my furniture, white goods etc. of me for $4,500 (value of $9-10k). This would be perfect for someone or a couple that has just moved to Sydney and has no home goods and wants to walk right into a fully set up space. Everything in the photos is owned by me and would be included in that price. Bed, mattress, bedding, couch, tv, dining table, fridge, washer, dryer, desk, monitor screens etc etc.
