Its a brand new build so everything is very neat and tidy. The shared spaces such as the kitchen, living, dining and bathroom spaces are furnished (very colourfully might I add). There is a small woodchip garden area and small pebbled backyard with a small clothesline and a grapefruit tree. I already also have a washer/dryer and ducted air conditioning. There is a off road parking space and on street parking. However, 2 cars can fit in the off road space if parked one behind the other.
