We currently have one room up for rent. It has built in wardrobes and a basic bed, but otherwise not furnished. There is a bathroom that is to be shared with the other housemate (we, landlords, have our own bathroom).
We are looking for a housemate(s) who are:
- Similar age to us
- Either works or is studying
- Is not allergic to animals (especially cats)
- Is relatively clean, and happy to chip in to housework
- Non smoker preferred.
- The occasional drink is fine - but no partying
No pets at the moment as we already have a cat and quails. If you have a caged or tanked animal, this can be considered.
10 minutes walk to the train station, 5 minutes walk to the local shops, 15 minute train ride to Richmond station (WSU and Tafe).
