One room available in a massive house in Strathfield!
The house has lots of storage room in the garage, pool table, dishwasher, close to bus stops, Strathfield train station, a massive park, Strathfield plaza and lots of restaurants.
Currently there are three other housemates - Suzie (36), Dilara (29) and Ben (26).
Room comes unfurnished but has a wardrobe for storage. Room is a decent size with great natural light!
We're all very friendly and happy to get together with our housemates cooking, enjoying a wine or playing some pool but also enjoy our alone time.
You would be sharing the main bathroom with Dilara and Ben. There is also an extra toilet out the back of the house.
Room price does not include bills.
We're happy to meet for you to view the room weekdays after 5pm or on weekends. Hope to hear from you soon! 😊
