We’re looking for a friendly housemate to join our newly renovated home from 1st February. This house has just been freshly renovated - brand new carpet, freshly painted walls, new blinds, whole new kitchen. There are stylish, modern bathrooms in this massive house, and large dining and living areas. Our house is in an amazing location that is only a few mins walk to the station/bus stops/restaurants/shops.
🏡ABOUT THE HOUSE/LOCATION:
2 Storey house with 5 Bathrooms, 6 Bedrooms (5 upstairs,1 downstairs), spacious kitchen decked out with all the appliances you could ask for 2 refrigerators, air fryer, microwave, pressure cooker and a dining table + a cosy living room equipped with comfy couches, 55” TV and HBO Max. 2 washing machines! 🧺+ laundry lines downstairs. We have a gated parking spot and we’re in a nice quiet area with huge green parks around.
📍Located in an amazing location that is
walking distance to public transport and shops/restaurants/groceries. Strathfield Station is a 10 minute walk (3min bike) and the bus is only a 2 minute walk from the house. 7 minute walk to Strathfield plaza/Woolworths/restaurants.
ABOUT THE ROOMS:
Every room has either a built in wardrobe or walk in wardrobe, the room can come furnished or non furnished, 2 rooms have shared access to a balcony! 2 rooms also have their own Bathrooms, 1 has an ensuite!
THE DETAILS:
– $420-370p/w, paid fortnightly (Bond is 4 weeks of rent)
– Bills paid Monthly (Internet provided!)
– Rooms available from 1st February. They will go fast!
– Rooms can come Unfurnished or Furnished (can be discussed)
– Maximum of 6 people living in the house
– We do enjoy spending time together, happy to make friends, help each other grow and discuss about life. This is not a party house but we enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party, movie night or board game night.
Also we respect everyone's privacy and space so if you need it, you'll get it for sure!
