I’m a single woman who works from home & enjoys peace & quiet. I am looking for a housemate to share my apartment with who is clean, quiet, respectful & loves animals. I have two ragdoll cats who are very friendly, so a cat lover is a MUST. Non smoker preferably (vaping is ok). No couples.
I live in a large 3 bedroom apartment in South Strathfield NSW with a bus at the front door which takes you to Strathfield Station. One bedroom is yours, plus your own bathroom & one garaged car space. The bedroom has plenty of storage & a tv, tallboy & bookcase for you to use if you wish. You will need to bring your own bed. The rest of the home is fully furnished. You have free use of the kitchen, loungeroom & internal laundry & large balcony.
