Hello! I am looking for someone to rent out the second bedroom (own bathroom) of this perfect split level apartment. Great location in surry hills especially for a working professional. I am 29 years old, working for a bank in Martin Place, I'm in the office 4 days per week. I walk to Martin Place and it takes me 15 mins.
I would say im on the extraverted side but I still like my space. Im pretty active and love cooking at home, I mostly eat a whole food healthy balanced diet.
I am a very respectful, tidy and conscientious housemate, I am a non-smoker and I dont mind the occasional late night but Im not someone that is going out every weekend. I do enjoy a wine and cheese board on friday night, always keen to share! The person moving in will need to be very clean, I am a clean freak. I actually love cleaning so im happy to do the cleaning besides your room and bathroom for privacy. I am seeking a housemate who shares the same values, who appreciates a calm/quiet lifestyle. The apartment is split level so you can be an early bird or a night owl, noise shouldnt be a problem. Laundry in the apartment too. I tend to wake up early most mornings. Essentially this a very chilled and clean place to live and I’m looking for someone to help keep it that way :)
The room is offered at $650 per week including bills for single occupancy. The apartment is fully furnished (including bed), the bond is set at 4 week’s rent and you will need to pay 2 weeks rent upfront then either weekly or fortnightly ongoing.
