Welcome to our 1869 heritage-listed terrace with beautifully restored rooms! My family (myself, my wife, and two teenage children) occupy the top two floors, while the ground floor space is perfect for someone seeking a cozy, private, and well-equipped living arrangement.
Our family have our own separate living quarters, lounge and tv dining area on level 2 and 3.
The ground floor area is self-contained and shared by a female student on the ground floor. In addition, there is a student couple that live upstairs and use the common kitchen area on the ground floor.
There is a shared laundry and backyard area

Friendly Family Home in Heritage Terrace – Room Available
Hi there! We're a warm, welcoming family of four—two parents and our two teenagers (14 and 17)—living in a beautiful, heritage-style terrace. Our home is split across multiple levels, and we occupy the second and third floors with our own private kitchen, lounge, and dining space.
We currently have a furnished room available on the ground floor, ideal for a respectful, easygoing individual. You’ll be sharing the level with one other housemate—an Australian mature student currently completing her professional degree—so the atmosphere is quiet, calm, and conducive to study or work.
About us:
We both work in finance; one of us works partly from home.
We love the occasional weekend BBQ or shared lunch.
We live with three friendly house cats—Lewis (Burmese), FiFi (Ragdoll), and Yuki (British Shorthair).
