The house is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Central Station, the light rail, and multiple bus connections. There are plenty of cafés, bars and local outdoor parks and pools nearby.
The property features a large, fully equipped kitchen, shared lounge, two bathrooms, and a spacious courtyard that’s great for socialising or relaxing in the sun. The house is fully furnished with everything you need, except furniture for your bedroom.
The bedroom is double-bed sized and comes unfurnished.
The current occupant is moving to the eastern suburbs, with an expected move-in date of 14/02, subject to approval of their new apartment.

About the flatmates
We’re all in our early 30s and come from a mix of backgrounds: one Aussie guy working in digital marketing, a British girl in HR, an American girl in film, and a Kiwi working in hospitality/entertainment. The household is currently made up of two guys and two girls.
We’re a friendly, social house and often spend time together watching movies, cooking dinner, or having a few drinks. During summer we like to have friends over for BBQs and casual drinks in the backyard on weekends.
We also have a small dog named Archie, who’s usually happy to hang out with anyone watching a movie, cooking, or willing to share snacks.
While we enjoy being social, the house is generally quiet during the week. We’re looking for someone who’s keen to be part of the household and join in occasionally, rather than just keeping to themselves or staying in their room all the time.
