Hi everyone! I’m going on holiday and looking to sublet my room from February 16th for approximately 5–7 weeks (preferably until the beginning of April). I’m flexible with the dates, as I haven’t booked my return flight yet.

💰 Price:
• $480/week for single
• $550/week for double
(Bills are $60 per person for the month. First 2 weeks of rent required as a deposit.)

🛏️ The room:
This is the biggest room in the house, located on the second floor. It has air conditioning, its own private balcony, a clothing rack, dresser, mirror, queen-size bed, two bedside tables, and a wardrobe rack. There’s also a separate rack on the balcony to hang clothes after washing.
The room looks a bit different from the photos as I’ve upgraded it since then.

🏡 Location:
Surry Hills — about an 8-minute walk to Central Station and 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store.

👯‍♀️ Housemates:
It’s a 5-bedroom house (one room is shared). We’re all around 23–28 years old, on a working holiday visa. We love going to the beach, nights out, and meeting people from all over the world.
