About the property
We’re looking for a housemate to fill the third bedroom in our beloved house in Surry Hills. Located just a couple of streets back from Oxford Street, the location honestly could not be any better. Woolworths Metro is a 1 minute walk away, with all the Surry Hills pubs, cafés, and restaurants right on our doorstep!
About the room: Double room on the second floor with its own balcony, built-in wardrobe, and vanity space. It can comfortably fit a queen or double bed.
You will be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate.
About the house: Three storey house with a generous sized living room and dining room as well as a beautiful brick courtyard out the back for socialising and sun baking in the inner city. The house is fully furnished and would only require personal items from yourself to fill the room. Option to take queen sized bed and other furniture for bedroom and balcony if wanted!
Logistics: $400 per week + bills for the room.
Bond: $1480
We are on a rolling lease and have been for 18 months. We are looking for someone to sign onto the lease.

About the flatmates
About the housemates: you would be living with two females in their late 20s.
We enjoy having a nice balance of nights having a debrief on the couch, cooking dinner or going for an afternoon walk. We value our recharge time as well. On the weekends we enjoy going to the gym, brunching around Surry hills, going to the beach and going out for dinner and drinks with friends!
We are looking for someone who will add to the culture of the house and is happy for a wine or two (occasionally on a school night) while also being respectful and clean.
