I am moving out at the end of our lease, and I'm looking for someone to take over my bedroom in our Surry Hills apartment, lease starting from 20th March, with an option to sub-lease from me until the end of our current lease (and once tenancy application is approved by landlord). You must be willing to sign a 12 month lease!

$ Rent: $420/week + bills
$ Bond: $1680
* Lease: 12 months

This spacious 2bed 2bath apartment in Surry Hills is extremely conveniently located, 1 street from Crown St, Woolies within 10 minutes, multiple gym options, and < 10 min walk to Central Station and many bus stops. The apartment has an internal washer and dryer, all kitchen appliances, a building lift, and guest parking spaces (but no parking space for this unit). The room itself receives a lot of natural light, especially in the afternoon, and has built in closet with sliding mirror doors. This room comes with a separate private bathroom with shower. I would prefer to sell the bed (frame + mattress) and side drawers to the next tenant for a small fee. The rest of the apartment will be furnished.
