We have just secured this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the Surry hills/ Redfern border, with move in date 6 March. Freshly built few years ago, it has modern finishes and only has 5 apartments per floor.

In the floor plan this will be that top bedroom, where you’ll have essentially that whole half of the house to yourself! Bedroom comes with built in robes, balcony access, private bathroom and little nook. Ducted aircon throughout the property, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and dryer all come with the property.
The balcony is huge and looks over the courtyard below, but quiet enough being up on the higher floors.

Coles/ Harris farms is directly below the building, and the light rail is a short walk away, 304 stops right outside and train is about ~10-12min walk. Moore park is also super close for your hot girl walks or driving range.

Coles has 2 hour parking limit so good for visitors, otherwise street parking.

We will be moving in on the 6th weekend, and furnishing the place as we go, white appliances included with the apartment.
