The successful flatmate will be sharing the apartment with me as I live in the other bedroom. I am very easy going, friendly and I have shared the flat for many years. I am looking for a clean friendly professional to share an amazing apartment in the heart of Surry Hills.

Great location, a few minutes walk to Crown Street, Taylor Square, Oxford Street and a very convenient Woolworths. It is only a 10 mins walk to Central Station and Hyde Park. Bus stop directly outside that takes you to the city in just a 5-10 minutes. Bondi, Coogee and Bronte beach buses are also across the road.

This bedroom has a double wardrobe with shelves along with a tallboy for an ample amount of room for clothes. The room already comes with a queensize bed making it easy to move in. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with all the mod cons, dishwasher, 65 inch wall mounted TV, unlimited internet, gas cooker, air con etc.

The bedroom opens on to the back balcony, the living area opens on to the main balcony with BBQ and Harbour Bridge views which is great on New Years Eve to see the fireworks display.

Rent is paid every 2 weeks - $1100 or every 4 weeks $2200

Bond is 4 weeks - $2200

Both to be paid in advance.
