Crown Street is less than a five minute walk, and the SCG and Moore Park are about ten minutes away - everything is on our doorstep. There are 3 rooms available at the moment. The first option ($380/wk) is the largest bedroom (space for king size bed) with its own north facing balcony, meaning sunshine all day long! It has 2 large built in wardrobes and an outdoor seating, desk, chair and fan if wanted.
The second bedroom is ($330/wk). It is downstairs with two large north facing windows. Again sunshine all day long. This room comes with a wardrobe, clothes rack and under bed storage.
Bedroom 3 is a great size easily fitting a queen bed and has a built-in wardrobe. It is looks out over the back garden and gets sun morning and afternoon looking over the back garden. Plenty of plug sockets around the room and an tv socket should you have a tv for your room.
The house is to a high standard, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open plan living and kitchen area. There is a gas fire, which is great for winter evenings!
At the back of the property there is a good sized sunny garden with bbq and outdoor seating.
Bills are all extra and covers a fortnightly cleaner which ensures the house is clean and well maintained. Comes to approx $30/week.

About the flatmates
Peter and Quentin are both expats but have been living in Sydney for a while now. Peter is a doctor and Quentin works in the health sector too. We both work long hours during the week, and are keen on exercise and going out with friends at the weekend. We enjoy socialising, but it's not a party house. We are looking for a new flatmate who is friendly, considerate and keen to contribute to the house. The fourth flatmate is Mani, he is our landlord and staying with us for a short period while the renovations at his house are completed.
