We're looking for a new member of our Marrickville pad, located a one minute walk from Sydenham Station (which is super convenient as this station has express trains, you'll be in the CBD in 10 minutes).
Bills = $20 per week
Bond is 2 weeks of rent and bills. Internet is unlimited fibre NBN wifi 50 mbps. The house has two nice bathrooms, big size open-plan lounge/dining area, nice modern kitchen with modern appliances, a backyard and a washing machine.
Friendly housemate. Everybody gets along and has good vibes. We are looking for someone clean, respectful and punctual with payments.
