The house is located 1 minute walking distance from Sydenham train & Metro stations & buses, close to gyms, convenience stores, take aways & cafes.

Get on the Metro or train and you can be in the heart of the city at Gadigal station or Town Hall station in less than 10 minutes or in the heart of Newtown or Erskineville in 10 minutes.

We have no pets and a no indoor smoking policy.

Looking for someone who can be fun & social but also independent and understands the dynamics & etiquette of a shared home, preferably between the age of 20 and 40. You must also be clean & tidy and happy to contribute to house duties each week in the common areas of our home.

We're looking for a single person or a couple to share this orderly and stable home and looking to stay for a minimum of 3 months, but would prefer a longer term resident.
