Brand new, spacious, amazing view, nice finishes apt and POOL. Looking to fill with CLEAN Flatmate.

Currently flatmates:

Master room: 1 male early 40s IT professional
Second room: 1 Aussie male 20s Athlete, Plays footy on contract, and works in construction.

Great balcony view and floor to ceiling sliding windows, lots of natural light (see pictures) - natural light doesn't get better than this. Big rooms, big living room, comfortable beds, great lighting, washer dryer in unit, dishwasher, all appliances are new. Close to Sydney Olympic park train station, Rhodes shopping center, Kmart Lidcombe shopping center, 2 min walk to bus, 7 min walk to train.
Free street parking, but garage parking available for extra $30 per week..
When you want affordability and luxury level comfort, this is the place to stay.

There are house rules. Quiet hours between 11pm and 6am (no making loud noise or cooking extensively late at night). No smoking. Each room take turn every weekend using cleaning spreadsheet to clean common areas (still expected to clean after yourself during the week). In addition professional cleaning is done once a month. There will always be order and quality housemates.
3 warnings for breaking house rules = receive notice to leave.
