1 Ensuite room 1 in 1 unit. (Available now) please be aware that the 2 person rate in ensuite is currently $550pw and will go up soon to ($600pw 2 people) due to increase in rents and electricity costs - so this is a good time to lock in the current lower rate for the length of your stay.

One room 2: 440pw

For January 2026:
Stays under 6 months: $550pw (1 person), $600pw (couple).
Stays above 6 months and moving in within a week: $500pw 1 person, $550pw couple.

A 3 room unit is available for move in for a group of 3 or 4 people that are looking to move in, otherwise the other units with vacancy must be taken first- cannot put a new person in a new unit when vacancy of same room is available in another unit.

Please be aware that if one of the 3 rooms become unavailable; it means there are no type of that particular room available anytime soon. Rooms are being taken currently but if there’s another one like it, available soon, it will remain listed.
