I’m looking for a lovely flatmate to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment. You’ll have your own private room and bathroom, and the apartment is fully furnished (including your room (although I’m happy to discuss if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture))

Details:
• Rent: ~$450/week (negotiable)
• Move-in date: Flexible
• Term: Flexible, but ideally 6+ months

I’ve included photos from when the apartment was staged for viewings the furniture has since changed, but it gives you a great sense of the space. The apartment is very sun-filled, and the view is honestly to die for. (Also worth noting: the floors have been upgraded from carpet to tile.)

🚗 if you need parking, it can be discussed :)

A bit about me:
I’m 26 and work in the city. I’m mostly in the office but do work from home 1–2 days a week. Outside of work, I love catching up with friends, going out for dinners, and travelling whenever I get the chance.

I’d love to live with someone kind, respectful, and considerate of the space we share. It would be great to get along and have a friendly, comfortable home environment, while also respecting each other’s independence and alone time.

If you work from home, we can absolutely set up a comfortable WFH arrangement for you as well.

One important note: I do have allergies, so unfortunately no smokers or pets.
