About the flatmates
About me: I’m pretty busy and probably not be at home during the week. For weekends I enjoy going out, cafe hopping, hiking, movies, food, etc. When at home I like to stay in the living room doing stuff/watching tv. Not cook quite often. I like room temperature a bit cooler.
About you: stable, living for long term stay. Clean, maintain the public place organized. Take out food garbage within one day, try to avoid giving out smell/attracting bugs. Open for options for cleaners. It’s okay you want to invite friends but inform me in advance. No stay over for over 3 nights. Capable of communication (when things/troubles/emergencies happen).
I’m quite outgoing personality, and happy to invite you to activities. If you are more independent & not interested in these, just let me know, I totally respect and won’t bother you. It’s okay to tell me anything upfront.
