About the flatmates
Hi, we’re Zach (34) and Arya (29) easy-going, friendly, and always up for a laugh.
Zach works in the kitesurfing sports industry and is also actively involved in local startups. Arya is an accountant working in the health and wellbeing MNC space.
We’re both into adventure sports and spend a lot of time exploring the Northern Beaches and Stanwell Park. We also love bouldering at Beta One 🧗♀️. We own a camper and head off on coastal trips whenever we can.
We have our own en-suite, so we keep interference in shared spaces to a minimum. Over the years, we’ve had several wonderful housemates and are still in touch with many of them. Some have even sent postcards and left cute souvenirs behind, which says a lot about the kind of home we’ve shared. ☺️
On weekends, we’re pretty laid back. You’ll usually find us at the gym, playing lofi music, going for walks, watching movies, cooking, cleaning, or simply burying our feet in the sand 🌊.
Our lovely housemates, Shannon and Nanako, have been part of our home since December 2021 and February 2023 respectively. Our ever-polite and wonderful Nanako will be flying back to Japan on 25 January, and we wish her nothing but the very best on her next chapter ✈️
Shannon has been with us for over three years and works in the cosmetics industry. She’s also a huge K-pop fan and loves attending concerts at Sydney Olympic Park 🎵✨
Both have been absolute gems, always taking great care of the place, especially while we were overseas or away on camping trips. We’re truly sad to see our housemate leave, as we’ve shared many wonderful memories and fun times together, and they’ll be greatly missed 💛
Place is really quiet, as we rarely have guests and prefer to go out instead. Not the party bunch though always welcome some company.
You will have ample space, pretty much all to yourself including storage shelves in the restroom, pantry, and fridge.
We’ve taken great care of this sparkling new apartment and follow a simple, quick cleaning roster to keep it that way, something we’d love your help with 🙌
This is genuinely a place you can call home. We have an acoustic upright piano, a couple of guitars, board games, a smart TV, a Bose home theatre system, an old-school vinyl record player, and plenty of good vibes ☺️
If you’re into swimming, cycling, bushwalks, playing instruments, paragliding, bouldering, figure skating, working out, T2 tea sampling, or barista-style coffee, you’ll fit right in here.
We’re looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful person to make shared living easy, particularly when it comes to the apartment and bathroom.
