Each room take turn every weekend using cleaning spreadsheet to clean common areas (still expected to clean after yourself during the week). There will always be order and quality housemates.
3 warnings for breaking house rules = receive notice to leave. There is also 1 month probation, during that period 1 week notice can be issued to leave. After that period 4 weeks notice on both sides after minimum stay has been reached.
