Hey I'm Lisa, originally from Canada but Australia's been my home for 12 years. I work full-time in the city, Mon - Thurs, and WFH on Fridays. Weekdays I’m up early to train, weekends you won’t see much of me as I’m always out and about. I live a balanced life of working hard, keeping a disciplined exercise schedule but will never shy away from a beer & a good time!
