The place has really generous spaces. Both the bedroom and living room are large and bright with plenty of natural light. It's clean, quiet, and has a really peaceful vibe.
You'll also have full access to the washing machine and dryer for your laundry.
Location-wise, it's super convenient. You are a short walk to Telopea light rail station, so you can get anywhere in Sydney easily. There's a lovely little pocket of forest about 2 minutes away if you like a bit of nature, and a café right around the corner. Plenty of on-street parking available too if you have a car!

About the flatmates
You'll be sharing with Aqif, a friendly guy in his late 20s who works at a tech startup. He's usually busy with work but really easygoing, respectful, and always happy to have a chat when he's around.
I'm an overseas pharmacist in my mid-30s, but I'll be traveling from March to July, so you'll mostly have the place with just Aqif during that time.
If you're interested, there's flexibility to move in before I leave or stay on after I return, since there's a third room I can use.
