The house is a 5-bedroom home with plenty of shared areas such as a front yard, a back patio (covered seated) area, a back pergola (covered seated) area, a back yard with a healthy lawn.
The home owner (which is me) uses two of the rooms and has his own bathroom and toilet.
There are two full-size bathrooms for the three tenants.

It’s a solidly built home with a relaxed vibe. There’s a leafy backyard with a lawn, a covered pergola sitting area, and a verandah out the back where you can unwind. Plenty of space to chill, both indoors and out.
