Hi! I’m a 24-year-old working professional, currently employed as a Claims Manager at an insurance company. I graduated from UNSW in July 2025. I work from home two days a week with my setup in my room, and I’m in the office three days a week, so the apartment stays quiet during weekdays.
I’d describe myself as balanced and easygoing. Weekdays are usually busy with work, while on weekends I enjoy going out, working out, hiking, or trying new places around Sydney. I’m fine with having people over and living your own life, as long as there’s mutual respect for privacy, boundaries, and shared spaces.
I’m very tidy and value a clean home. I understand everyone gets busy sometimes, but I expect the apartment to be kept neat to a reasonable standard. The area and building are quiet and family-oriented, so this isn’t a party house.
