SHORT-TERM......AMAZING VALUE - LOCATED NEXT TO THE CLIFFS amidst Mother Nature and surrounded by a reserve, lots of trees, wildlife and a new coastal walking track which takes you either to Watsons Bay or Bondi Beach. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets, this place is saturated with amazing moments. You will be sharing a very clean 2 bedroom unit with one other person. (myself and my little dog). If you do not like animals then this place is not for you sorry! The unit is fully furnished. Your room is furnished with a new bed, bedside drawers, laundry basket, medium-sized table, clothes rack, full-length mirror, new sunblock blinds, curtains, small light, (dimmer-light on main ceiling light). The kitchen has storage for your groceries and is well-equipped. The bathroom has your own personal storage cupboard. The rent includes bills, being both gas and electricity. (obviously, if you use excessive amounts of gas or electricity, then you will have to pay an additional fee towards the bills). Public transport is great, there are handy bus stops at the front and back of the building which travel everywhere. Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Watsons Bay, Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction etc.....wherever you may want to go, including the ferry service from Watsons Bay. The local supermarket and shops are close-by. A washing machine and laundry are located on the same floor as the unit. There is a clothesline in the backyard. PLEASE NOTE: The rent is discounted for the available room because the apartment is (largely) set up as my art studio, so there is no lounge room. You only have access to the kitchen, bathroom and the available room. FEMALES only please. SHORT TERMERS are very welcome. No couples sorry. Non-smoking flat. Look forward to meeting you.
