My property is a two bedroom apartment with a balcony. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine. You will have the guest’s bathroom which has a bath tub. The apartment building itself has a gym and swimming pool which you can use from 06:00 am til 22:00 pm everyday. We also have a Concierge on ground floor that can answer your questions about the apartment.
The apartment building is near the waterside and enveloped in a family oriented, physically active community. Just a few metres away/walking distance from Marina Square shopping centre and lots of restaurants around the area. Also, there is Anytime Fitness Gym and a basketball court nearby. Sydney Olympic Park is also just next suburb which makes my place very convenient to stay at if you go to concerts.
I like to keep my apartment tidy. When it comes to cleaning the apartment, it will be your responsibility to clean your room and your bathroom. I am happy to clean the rest. If you like cooking, please make sure you clean after yourself and don’t leave anything on the sink as much as possible.
When it comes to car park, we have a visitor car park on 2nd floor which you will need to pay a deposit of $150/every 3-4 days to hold your spot. Then you can get your money back every after usage of the spot.
One thing to consider: My apartment has an ongoing construction (fixing of cladding) But it will be finishing this June as per strata. Tbh, most days of the week, you won’t hear any loud noise anymore. I work nights but i could still sleep during the day so it’s really not bad.

I am the owner of this two bedroom apartment. I stay in the ensuite room. I am friendly, easy to approach but also love my own privacy. I work alot of shift work, day or night on random days. I am a Registered Nurse so I value my sleep alot. I am usually at home on my days off (usually Sunday til Wednesday) and just love to chill, organise my days coming and making sure i meal prep. I like to go the gym and try being active. I don’t mind if you come and join me watch movie/series on my lounge, or you do your own thing as i like to do my own thing as well.
I would like my housemate to respect my home like it’s her own home. No other people allowed to come up; No partying; No smoking. No weird stuff please like doing drugs. I like peace in my home. I hope you understand. I prefer someone who has a full time job and not WFH type.
