About the flatmates
It’s like a show home, i take great pride in my home. My partner and I are looking for a flat mate that will have access to their own room and all shared facilities.
As part of the complex you can access the local swimming pools Indoor and outdoor. To access to the gym you would need to pay $40 for an access fob as you will be renting from myself.
We are looking for the same in a person who take great pride with keeping the home clean.
Ferry, Bus can you can get into the city and parramatta.
15 min walk to Olympic Park train station.
Occasional meals and catch up is always nice.
I am currently away from the home 3 nights a week, but partner will be there.
The park across the road has access to bbq facilities if you want to host friends.
The house is on 15th floor and is very spacious with lots of light.
Bedroom is full furnished, so you can just move in.
