This is an active Christian House, very close to a supermarket and Westmead Private Hospital, not too far from the public/dental hospital and a 12/25 min walk from the station, depending upon the station you choose. Rent covers food (shopping is done as a house, and you can order any items you need for cooking) and bills (including internet). The TV is in the loungeroom, which, like the kitchen/dining room, is a communal shared area.
