TRAIN STATION - Just 7 to 9 minutes walk to the Train station.
TRAVEL - 40 to 50 minutes by train to Central Station/Town Hall/ Sydney CBD, Macquarie Uni, UWS
FLATMATES - From Japan, South East Asia, Europe. Work or study at English School in the City, Macquarie Uni and have been staying at the house for a long time. Have had students from UNSW and UTS stay as well
HOUSE- 4 bedroom house and only one person per room so no overcrowding.
LIVING - Furnished lounge with comfortable seating to use or relax and surf the internet.
KITCHEN – Fully equipped with 2 fridges, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Separate pantry cupboard in the kitchen for every flatmate.

About the flatmates
Ideal for an International Male student or on a Working Holiday who is polite, respectful, trustworthy, tidy and wants to live within a small budget.
Current flatmates – International students and on working holiday visa , in their 20’s from different countries in Japan, South East Asia, Europe.
This is not a party house so everyone is either working or studying and you will have peace and quiet to do the same.
We are very flexible, so please feel free to discuss any situation you think could be an issue and together we can work out a workable solution.
As I do not take any advance or rent until you actually move in, you don't have to take it if its not suitable. So you have nothing to lose.
I also have just a minimum 2 weeks stay to try it out so that should you move in and find its not what you had in mind, its ok to move.
