Registered Nurse, Female from Nepal, 25 years old, works full time, seeks master bedroom to be filled, on the 11th floor of a new building in Westmead, adjacent to Westmead Hospital.

Anyone can live in the building, including people that work in a non-medical field.

The master bedroom is self contained without a kitchen, with shared laundry in the unit, as you walk in on the right. Reasonably big kitchen for it's size with appliances.

I am health conscious, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol at the premises, and don't do any recreational drugs. In my spare time I read, keep fit, and do courses.

The rooms previous occupants were a couple from the Philippines. They have recently got married, and have decided to move out.

They were quite, friendly, hard working, and devout Christian.

There is one car space with the unit. The building is new, modern, comfortable and is reasonably sound proof for two bedrooms. There is a reasonably big living area, for it's size.

The master bedroom, which you will occupy, has a walk in wardrobe.

I don't mind a couple that would like to occupy the room, or a hard working single person. Sometimes my male friend comes over, who tends to study full time after work at the laptop at the dining table.

I am a good cook, and can cook all types of cuisines, and while only 25, turning 26, I have done many career developmental courses, and one third of a Master's degree in Nursing, on top of my Bachelor's.

I have worked at many major hospitals in Sydney during the pandemic, at least twelve, and have experience in cosmetic Nursing.

I would prefer someone that doesn't smoke, or do recreational drugs at the premises.
