About the property
My place is located in a prime Westmead location and is located close to 2 stations (Westmead and Wentworthville).
There is easy access to Coles at the Darcy Road shopping complex located about 5 min walk from this place and also easy access to Wentworthville market on the other side of Wentworthville station (located about 10 min walk away).
The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, desk, chair and a bedside table. You also get your own bathroom (not ensuite). Additionally, you will get access to your own exclusive fridge in the living area. There is an option of covered car parking but I will charge $30 pw additionally for that so the total rent would be $380 pw (including a covered car park and all bills).
The property also has 2 private courtyards (front and back) and a large living area with an open plan kitchen.
Initial max stay is of 6 months but it can be extended close to the end of the 6 month period after discussion (depending on how things are going). Thanks so much for reading this and I look forward to hearing from you!

I am an Indian-Kiwi young professional who moved from NZ to Sydney about 2.5 years ago and have recently moved into this property after purchasing it as a first home buyer. I am the only current occupant of the property and would be your flatmate.
I work in the NSW Govt as an Analyst.
I am not a vegetarian and like to have non-vegetarian food (mainly chicken) from time to time, so if that would be an issue for you, please let me know beforehand.
Some of my hobbies include working out at the gym, hiking, socialising with friends and watching shows/movies on streaming services. I am friendly and easy to get along with.
