About the property
Shed loft on 2.5 acre property is for rent but the rest of the shed is shared use with myself. The bathroom is downstairs aswell a a large open space, which I have started to create a man cave style recreational space. The loft comes furnished with Double Bed, set of Drawers, Small Couch, Coffee Table and Kitchenette (Benchtop, Sidchrome Tool Storage Drawers, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster). The loft space does get hot in summer but it does have a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning. Would suit someone who doesn’t cook too much as there is only a kitchenette - not a full kitchen. Prefer a clean mature person (30yrs and older), no couples, must be working fulltime, preferably someone staying long term. You will probably need a car to live here as there is limited public transport. Smokers outside only.

About the flatmates
Single guy here with a kelpie. I live in the house at the front t of the property and only use the downstairs open area of the shed. I am open and friendly and also not very ‘social’. So I’m looking for someone who has their own life and likes to chat in passing. I work fulltime and pretty much use my time off work to maintain the property and gardens.
