Current housemate officially moves out Tuesday 24th Feb, but there may be the option to move in sooner, happy to negotiate.
The bedroom has built ins and own bathroom with internal laundry, fully Air conditioned and access to POOL AND GYM so I’m always open to a workout buddy!

Hi there! I’m Laura and I’m 31. I work in hospitality as a business development manager and I am an ex chef, so you can rest assured the house will be stocked with food and wine at all times!
When I am home, I like a chill environment. Happy to have the occasional glass of wine but no 3am parties. I love my Pilates and the gym, and the fridge is always stocked with meal prep (on my shelf at least). I am looking for someone quiet, calm and respectful.
I LOVE plants…. Maybe a little too much… I have 50, so you’ll be living with me, and my plants 😂 but they’re beautiful and they don’t bite! I bet no one else has air as clean as I do!
