Shared open plan living room. dining room and kitchen with island bench and amazing views. Shared bathroom. Commercial laundry on our floor. We have a divine swimming pool in the garden which you often have all to yourself. Small balcony with city, opera house and bridge sunset views.

Quaint Woollahra village is only five minutes walk with great coffee , Woollahra Hotel, small supermarket and Sydney's best butcher. Eight minutes walk to Edgecliff station, two. Bus at the cross intersection to CBD, Circular Quay, Bondi Junction, Bondi Beach. Onsite visitors parking and off street parking. No pets allowed in the building.
