About the property

The place is a Ground-Floor Apartment on Queen Street in Woollahra. The location is ideal—just a 3-minute walk to bus stops that can take you straight into the city or to Bondi Junction in minutes. There are plenty of little shops and cafes just down the road, so is really a lovely spot to live. It’s also close to Oxford Street and Centennial Park.

The apartment features a generous shared living, kitchen, and dining area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining and a very cute little courtyard out the back. There’s also plenty of on-street parking available if needed. We also have an outside laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The space will be fully furnished, except for your room.

Your room:
A spacious front-facing bedroom (4.4m x 4.2m) with a large built-in wardrobe, beautiful bay window, and plenty of natural light throughout the day. There is plenty of space for a desk and additional furniture.

This is a warm, well-located home in a beautiful area—I’m looking for someone easygoing, clean, and respectful to share it with.

About the flatmates

Hi, I’m Eliza!
I’m 24, Law student at USYD, and working part time - so life keeps me pretty busy during the semester. I’m a clean, tidy person who appreciates living with someone who shares the same standards.

I am orginally from Perth, but have been living in sydney for coming up to 2 years now. I enjoy being social and would love to live with someone I can hang out with when we're both around—whether that’s a chat over dinner, a walk, or a relaxed night in. That said, I also enjoy my own space and time to myself.

In my downtime, I love getting out for walks, beach days, going to a Pilates class (theres a great studio just down the road), a morning coffee and just unwinding after a busy day.

Looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate who’s easy to live with and shares similar vibes! Would love to becme friends with you rather then just co living. If this sounds like you, please reach out and we can arrnage a time to view the flat!!
