About the flatmates
Hi I'm Claire. I have been living in the property for 4 years and am looking for a new housemate for at least until 31 October. I work in finance (wfh 1 day a week) and enjoy being active, going to the beach and trying out new restaurants/cafes.
The room available is a good size and has its own ensuite and balcony. The complex has a pool and bbq area. The location is super convenient for anyone working in the city (walking distance to most workplaces) and also walking distance to the botanical gardens/harbour as well as Surry, Darlinghurst, Potts Point etc.
The place is always clean and tidy. Water bills are included in rent. Energy and internet separate.
