The place is five minutes from kings cross train station and twenty minutes from town hall station. The area has so many restaurants, cafes, pubs and shopping all close by.

About the flatmates
I work full time. I am a social worker. There are no other people living in the house. I am from Australia. I have a really sweet dog. I don’t cook much. I don’t have people over much at all.
I would like a flat mate who works full time and is clean and pays their rent on time and to provide two weeks notice.
The bedrooms are quite close together but I am quiet and keep my door closed for privacy.
Happy to consider couples for short term however would be $700 per week. Happy to consider short term rentals however rent would be negotiated dependant upon length or time needed.
