Stay in a wonderfully located area right in the heart of Sydney. This is a big private room with a shared bathroom (shared with 2 other girls) and a shared sun room (shared with 1 other girl).
There is a total of 4 rooms in the house, one in the main building and one across the courtyard. You will be staying in the main bedroom.
Ideal for people passing by or someone who needs 2 weeks to find a more permanent home in Sydney.
All bills included.
Because the room is available only for a maximum of 2 weeks between 28th of Feb to 13th of March, rent is paid upfront with no bond. 58 AUD per night, minimum stay 1 week.

You will be living in this awesomely well-located house in the heart of Sydney with 3 super friendly girls :)
Talia and Sol are from Argentina, and they both do height work and love rock climbing.
Sam is Mexican, she works at a real estate company, and is doing a marketing degree.
Sam and Talia love a good movie at home or Taco Tuesday with margs night.
I'm ideally looking for someone who is clean and that wil get along well with them, as I want everyone to feel comfortable :)
Many clubs, dining places, and supermarkets in the area. Literally, the location couldn´t be better. 8-minute walk to King's Cross train station and many bus stops in the area that can take you directly anywhere in Sydney! 30-minute walk or 15-minute run to the opera house!
I'm going on a trip, but hope someone else can enjoy this beautiful room while I'm away.
