About the property
You have a rather spacious and private fully air-conditioned room with your own bathroom, a beautiful view overlooking a golf club and Botany Bay, and direct access to the balcony as we are on the 10th floor. (Total indoor floor area is about 100 square meters).
Your rental $560 covers unlimited WiFi and utility bills. (Rent is negotiable for the sincere one!) There are a gym and an indoor swimming pool in the building. We are very closed to East Village Mall with varieties of retail shops, restaurants and cafes. Public transport is easily accessible as the area is well served by buses (#304, 320 and 343) to the city and train at Green Square.
You also have a very friendly and sorted flatmate to share the apartment with. Tennis and hiking buddy is very welcome! :-)
