About the property
It is a 2 bedroom ground-floor apartment, of which we are letting out one room with an ensuite (attached private) bathroom.
The common areas include a lovely open-plan living and kitchen area. The apartment also has a large front yard and a back yard.
Our home gets lots of light, greenery, and space. The apartment is fully and tastefully furnished as can be seen in the photos. Your bedroom is also fully furnished with a bed, a TV, a working/study desk, a private attached bathroom, a bathtub, a pantry, a mini fridge and a double door mirrored cupboard.
The front yard is very green and leafy. Just across the road also, there is a park. The back yard also has a very leafy view of the green areas in the apartment building.
There is supermarkets like Cole’s and Woolworths within 5 min walking distance. Bus stop is at door step. CBD, UNSW, USyd, airport, main beaches are all within 15-20 mins. The Green Square train station is a short walk away.
My partner and I will be living in the second bedroom.
We are looking for someone for 6ish months. Flexible about dates and length.

About the flatmates
You will share the place with my partner Anatoly and I. We are in our 30’s and have been living in Zetland for the last 4-5 years and we love it here.
We are both working professionals. We are very neat, organised and respectful people. We are both vegetarian.
We would love to have someone who is mature and kind and can treat the place like their own.
We are quiet and mostly like to keep to ourselves, but are of course open to cooking or hanging out together, every now and then.
In terms of interests, we enjoy food, art, culture, nature and swimming. And generally love going for walks to the neighbourhood parks and taking it easy. :)
