Hello!
I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my apartment and move in from March 1st. It’s a lovely apartment in Zetland with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two balconies.
The place is a 5min walk from a shopping centre, surrounded by parks, really close to public transport (trains and buses), multiple gyms, cafes and shops. I don't have any pets and the 2nd bedroom will be unfurnished for whoever moves in.
I love a good chat but when I'm home I'm usually pretty quiet as I'm busy with study . I'm looking for someone who is also wanting a quiet and relaxed vibe - ie not a party house and who is clean, tidy and a non-smoker/vaper. Preferably wanting to share with another female.
